THE Certified Aesthetic Consultant Fast Track Certification Program – Advanced Techniques for Practice Success – Level XI*

THE Aesthetic Show presents THE Certified Aesthetic Consultant Certification Program Level XI. Designed as a highly-structured, interactive and intensive one-day platform with the most recent and current information on legal requirements, regulations, technology, Google algorithms and business plans. Participants will have the opportunity to take an examination at the conclusion of the show to receive their level XI certification. Instructors will be drawn from THE Aesthetic Show faculty including experts in practice marketing, patient counseling and executive office management. This is the only current and continuously updated certification program in the aesthetic industry, which is presented at THE Aesthetic Show and THE Aesthetic Academy.

Session I: Advanced Marketing Techniques

At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Examine their personalized "brand" and determine how to modify or build their reputation
  • Advance the practice's positioning in the local market – see how you compare to your competition and how to gain more visibility
  • Improve the success of their internet and digital activities
  • Create a more powerful social media marketing plan – understanding the current platforms and how to achieve results
  • Analyze the success of their "invertizing" and advertising activities to recruit and convert additional patients – the right tools to determine your consult to conversion ratio
  • Track and improve all aspects of patient conversion rates – how to track conversions from existing patient base, website, telephone, social media and external marketing

11:15 am - 1:00 pm Session II: Advanced Practice Metrics

At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Implement the best tactics to reduce taxes and improve efficiency in benefit planning
  • Develop systems to identify return on investment (ROI)
  • Apply ROI formulas to all aspects of practice profit and loss – the truth behind fixed and variable costs
  • Analyze pricing strategies to improve profit – how to determine true profitability, from marketing to consult to conversion
  • Minimize waste and excess cost in practice – the power of obtaining the best wholesale prices for supplies and services
  • Apply effective negotiation tactics to lower costs

2:00 pm - 3:45 pm Session III: Advanced Counseling Skills

Through the use of role play and feedback, participants will learn to improve their customer service methods when dealing with the following types of patients:

  • The new patient – where did they come from
  • The undecided patient – how to close the sale
  • The upset patient – overcome objections and offer a solution
  • The negotiator – promote quality over low price
  • The shopper – show why your practice has more value
  • The VIP patient – not always your most profitable but always your most loyal
  • The red-flag patient – learn what to avoid
  • The easy / moderate / hard to upsell patient – win them over with your smile
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm Break

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Session IV: Management Skills

At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Deal with the most common performance-related problems
  • Improve team performance – starting from the top down
  • Coach and counsel employees for higher levels of performance
  • Conduct a performance review – learn the proper format  
  • Incentivize key staff – create a program within state guidelines
  • Understand the most common legal and risk management issues that confront aesthetic practices and how to avoid them –  know the laws and regulations in your state
