The Practice Acceleration Lab

Advance. Optimize. Grow.

Welcome to a Different Kind of Experience

We've built something new for our Business & Practice Management Program – an experience designed around doing, not just listening. Our model breaks away from lecture-based formats to create an environment where attendees actively participate, collaborate, and leave with practical tools they can implement immediately in their practices.

Abstract Submission Portal is Now Open.

Our Vision: Hands-On Learning That Transforms Practice Management

Unlike traditional conference business tracks featuring back-to-back presentations, every session in THE PRACTICE ACCELERATION LAB is designed as an interactive workshop or hands-on activity where participants engage directly with strategies, tools, and methodologies for running and growing their practices.

What makes our Business & Practice Management Program different:
  • Active learning model – every session is participatory
  • Practical application – attendees work through real practice management scenarios and challenges
  • Tangible takeaways – participants leave with tools, templates, and strategies ready to implement in their practices
  • Collaborative learning – peer interaction and shared problem-solving with fellow practice leaders

A Data-Driven Approach to Program Development

We're currently surveying our database to identify the core business and practice management topics and challenges that matter most to our community. This ensures our program addresses the real needs and priorities of practice leaders.

What This Means:

  • For attendees – every session addresses real challenges they are facing, ensuring maximum relevance and actionable takeaways
  • For speakers – clear direction on what topics will resonate most, helping you craft proposals that align with our audiences’ needs
  • For submission evaluation – submissions will be assessed against community-identified themes most valuable for practice efficiency and growth

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking dynamic facilitators who can design and deliver interactive workshops that drive meaningful learning outcomes.

All Submissions Must Include:

  • Interactive Format Your presentation should actively engage participants through exercises, group activities, simulations, or hands-on practice – we are not accepting lecture-style presentations.
  • Practice Management Focus Content should address the business side of running and growing a practice – topics like operations, finance, marketing, team management, efficiency, growth strategies, and practice optimization.
  • Practical Application Attendees should work with real tools, frameworks, or strategies during the session that they can immediately apply to their own practice management challenges.
  • Clear Takeaways Participants should leave with concrete resources, such as completed templates, a new process, an action plan, or a tested strategy they can use in their practice.
  • Engagement & Collaboration Your workshop should foster peer learning, discussion, and collaborative problem-solving among practice leaders and managers.

Speaker Partnership Details

Participation Requirement: Industry speakers, including business and practice management marketing companies or consultants, are required to support the conference through our Industry Policy to participate in The Aesthetic Practice Acceleration Lab -- this includes accepted abstract speakers.

Accepted abstract speakers receive a 15% discount on exhibit fees or sponsorship packages, and/or a significantly reduced Industry Pass rate of $1,500 (standard rate: $4,900).

This policy is intended to protect exhibitor and sponsor equity by requiring all industry professionals accessing the conference and attendees to support the event.

The Industry Policy includes purchase of one of the following partnership options:

  • Exhibit Booth
  • Event sponsorship
  • Industry pass purchase (minimum requirement)

What We're NOT Looking For:

To ensure delivery of an interactive workshop model in THE PRACTICE ACCELERATION LAB, please note, we will not be accepting:

  • Traditional lecture-style presentations or keynote speeches
  • Panel discussions without interactive components
  • Sessions where attendees are primarily passive observers

If your session idea centers on presenting business information rather than facilitating active participation and hands-on practice management skill-building, or if your topic falls outside our core focus areas, we invite you to consider a Sponsored Workshop opportunity.

Sponsored Workshops give you complete control over topic, format, and delivery while connecting you with our community of aesthetic practice leaders. For details on this opportunity, click here to download the The Aesthetic Show prospectus.
